Policies

Office Hours

Our office hours are by appointment only, from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do have a doctor on call for emergencies only. For routine tests results and questions concerning billing and insurance, please call the office during regular office hours.

Appointments

We do not overbook appointments. However, because of the very nature of internal medicine, emergencies or complications may cause us to run late. We appreciate your patience. Your appointment will not be rushed if we are running behind.

We do understand that unforeseen problems occasionally occur that prevent you from keeping a scheduled appointment. We request that you call our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel.

No cell phone use is allowed in the back office or exam rooms. Please make sure your cell phone is turned off when you interact with office personnel.

Prescription Refills

We do not accept prescription refill requests over the phone. We will gladly schedule an appointment to see your caregiver.

Fees and Insurance

We will assist you in every way possible with your insurance payment however we can not be responsible for delays caused by your insurance company regarding your care and payment. Your co-pay or any fees which you incur which your insurance does not cover is expected in full at the time of your appointment. We accept Mastercard, Visa, checks and debit cards. We will not hold a check.

Medical Records and Confidentiality

All records are confidential. We will not release your medical information to anyone without properly signed authorization from you.
